Police lights

A crash involving a semi-truck sent a New Hope man to St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester late Tuesday night, according to a report from the Minnesota State Patrol.

Joshua Stuart Haggen, 34, New Hope, and Nazarii Bakhur, 31, Elgin, Ill., collided on Highway 52 near Goodhue County Road 1. 

The vehicles collided in the northbound lane. Haggen was driving a 2003 Chevy Silverado and Bakhur was driving a 2007 Volvo semi-truck. 

Haggen's injuries were non-life threatening. There were no reported injuries for Bakhur.

Cannon Falls Ambulance, Wanamingo Fire Department, and Goodhue County Sheriff's Office responded to the accident.
