MADISON - An Oshkosh lawmaker faces a sexual misconduct charge, following an undercover investigation of an Appleton massage parlor.

Representative Gordon Hintz (D-Oshkosh) was ticketed for touching, or offering to touch sexual parts for money after officers staked out the Heavenly Touch massage parlor on West Wisconsin Avenue. The investigation happened late last month, but Hintz was ticketed on February 10th. Court records show that he posted a signature bond. Five people were charged with prostitution as part of the investigation.

Hintz released a statement Monday afternoon saying that he's willing to take responsibility for his actions. But he says, right now, he's more concerned about the union fight going on at the Capitol.
