NOTICE of enactment of the Cascade Canoe & Kayak Access Rules Ordinance. Summary: The County Board approved the Cascade Canoe & Kayak Access Rules Ordinance to define the intent of the facility; establish hours of operation; regulate parking and pets; specify prohibited activities; and other matters. This Ordinance is intended to support and promote the health, welfare, and safety of the public. These Ordinance revisions went into effect upon County Board approval September 07, 2021. 14.
